Bea has been Vice President of Finance at ONSET since 1999. She manages the firm’s financial reporting and fund operations, HR, and investor relations, and also serves in key roles in fund-raising, and portfolio company monitoring. Prior to ONSET, Bea spent 14 years as corporate controller and treasurer at Technology Strategies & Alliances (formerly H&Q Technology Partners). Her previous experience included accounting group management, and division controller and division finance manager positions at IBM, Dysan Corporation and Convergent Technologies. Bea received her BS in mathematics from Northwestern University, and an MBA in accounting from Santa Clara University. When she’s not immersed in numbers, Bea may be found gardening, baking, or playing a mean game of tennis.
